Dr. Will Baldwin

DVM
I enjoy forging relationships with our clients and their pets. My goal is to be able to best serve them in maintaining good health and quality of life.

Education: University of Georgia School of Veterinary Medicine
Hobbies and Interests: Spending time with my wife and three daughters, playing board games, tennis, basketball, reading, and watching movies.

I completed a one-year internship in Critical Care Small Animal Medicine in Charlotte, NC before relocating to Northern Georgia.

Education: University of Georgia School of Veterinary Medicine
Hobbies and Interests: I am excited to join the Dawsonville community with my three daughters and numerous pets (3 cats, 1 dog, 1 bird, and 4 fish at last count).

Practice Manager
I enjoy working with the staff and trying to meet all their needs. I like the challenge of keeping the hospital running smoothly. As a Registered Veterinary Technician, I love to learn something new every day.

Hobbies and Interests: I enjoy watching college and NFL football. Go Dawgs! I enjoy beach trips with family and hanging out with friends.

I always find the best solution to help animals is to show up and give my all every day. Making sure our patients are taken care of and treated properly is my goal.

Education: Presbyterian College Hobbies and Interests: In my free time, I enjoy playing golf, fishing, and hunting. I also enjoy tennis, working out, spending time with friends, and having a good time.

Hobbies and Interests: Photography, pastel painting, and caring for my pack of four Cocker Spaniels.

Receptionist
I take pride in being customer friendly with good communication skills, patience, and the ability to multi-task while remaining calm. I use my listening and knowledge to provide our patients with the best and proper care. This job requires finesse!

I have always had a special place for animals in my heart, and I always have wanted to work in the veterinary field.

Hobbies and Interests: Anything outdoors, hiking, drawing/painting, and hanging out with friends and family.

Alyssa Smith

Lead Vet Tech
I pride myself on continuing to learn new or more effective ways to make pet visits stress-free. I also take a lot of pride in learning new skills to assist my doctors.

Education: On-the-job trained
Hobbies and Interests: I enjoy making crafts out of resin and reading fantasy books. I play DND fairly regularly with a close group of friends. In nice weather, I like to go riding and spend time with my horses. Sometimes, I take one of my cats outside on a leash so he can safely explore.
