LeAnne prides herself on working with the staff and meeting all their needs and the challenge of keeping the hospital running smoothly. As a Registered Veterinary Technician, she enjoys learning and teaching something new every day.

Years in Practice: Since 1996
Education: LeAnne graduated from Dawson County High School and has an associates of Psychology degree from Gainesville Jr. College. She passed the National Veterinarian Technician Exam in 2004.
Hobbies and Interests: LeAnne enjoys watching college and NFL football. Go Dawgs! She also enjoys traveling and experiencing new things.

Has been in the veterinarian industry since 2013.

Where did you go to school? Alyssa is currently enrolled in the Penn Foster Veterinary Technician program.

What do you pride yourself in when it comes to veterinary medicine and/or taking care of your patients? Alyssa prides herself on continuing to improve her knowledge and passing that knowledge onto new assistants.

What do you like to do in your free time? Alyssa enjoys making crafts out of resin, reading fantasy books, and playing D&D with her close friends. She also thoroughly enjoys tormenting her coworkers with terrible puns and jokes.

Where did you go to school? I graduated from Dawson County High School and am currently enrolled in the Penn Foster Veterinary Technician Program.

What do you pride yourself in when it comes to veterinary medicine and/or taking care of your patients? I pride myself on providing the best care I can give to the patients and treating the clients and their pets with respect.

What do you like to do in your free time? I like to spend time with friends and family.

Has been in the veterinarian industry since 2021.

Where did you go to school? Kacy graduated from Dawson County High School and is currently going to Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College.

What do you pride yourself in when it comes to veterinary medicine and/or taking care of your patients? Kacy prides herself on making the patients and clients happy, with their health being her number one priority. She enjoys making personal connections with each pet, and seeing their happy faces walk in.

What do you like to do in your free time?  Although she doesn’t have much free time past raising her 5 month old daughter, when she does find time for herself she enjoys reading, drawing, and spending time outdoors.

Maggie Pierce

Customer Service Representative

Has been in the veterinarian industry since 2012.
Where did you go to school? Maggie attended University of South Florida
What do you pride yourself in when it comes to veterinary medicine and/or taking care of your patients? Maggie prides herself in treating the clients’ pets as if they were one of her own.
What do you like to do in your free time? Maggie is a local artist and does pastel and oil paintings. She also photographs nature, enjoys hiking and fishing, and caring for her four Cocker Spaniels.
